Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.There are no refunds on any products or services purchased through Yemaya’s Inclinations.

 

Physical Products (Non-Custom)

We do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction.Exchanges may be offered for eligible, non-custom items in the case of size, style, or product mix-ups, subject to availability and store approval.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.

 

In most cases, the damaged or incorrect item will need to be returned before a replacement is sent. Instructions will be provided after you contact us. Approved claims will result in a replacement of the same item (or a comparable item if the original is unavailable). No monetary refunds will be issued for damaged or incorrect items, only replacements.

 

If we do not hear from you within 7 days of delivery, we will consider the order accepted and complete.

 

Custom-Made & Ritual Items

 

All custom-made products, ritual tools, spiritual prescriptions, fixed candles, custom oils, and any item created specifically for you are:

Non-refundableNon-returnableNon-exchangeableThese items are crafted with intention, prayer, and personalized spiritual work.

 

Because of their sacred and individualized nature, they cannot be resold or undone once created.

 

Services, Readings & Classes

 

All spiritual services, including but not limited to: Readings & divinations Custom rituals, Spiritual prescriptions, Classes, workshops, and mentorship sessions (live or pre-recorded) are considered non-refundable once booked and/or completed.

Once a reading, session, or service has been performed, started, or delivered (energetically or physically), it cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged. You are paying for my time, energy, experience, and spiritual labor, with the knowledge that not everything has guaranteed outcome.

 

If a class or session is rescheduled by the facilitator, your booking will be honored at the new time or transferred to another comparable offering, but refunds will not be issued.
